Fresh or supplement

Abiotic vs. biotic. We can get almost the same benefits from a biotic substance as we can from an abiotic substance. Natural fruits like this orange provide more than just vitamin C. They provide nutrients that help with lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and help brain development. Of course we can gather help benefits from these supplements too, but eating fresh fruit tastes better than a supplement. On the other hand a supplement will last longer than fresh fruit and does not require washing. Both are good with a balanced diet. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Thankfully many humans have lived before us and have made many of the healthy options known to the world. Today we do not have to experiment with as many unknown organic substances to find what is eatable for our daily survival.
