Having had a healthy life with doctors visits a rarity and certainly no long term medications, I find myself in my seventh week of shingles. It is extremely painful and I’m losing a lot of sleep. Having had a life where I’ve only taken paracetamol, I find myself trying health supplements to try to build up my immune system. I hope this image reflects the pain.
