Yes. However, no doesn’t always mean no. For instance, if you ask a woman if something’s wrong when she’s obviously upset, there’s a good chance the response will be “no”, except that “no” actually means “yes but prove you care by asking for 30 minutes first and if you don’t I’ll be upset.”
Edit: you people clearly haven’t dealt with irrational and emotional people as much as I have.
