Pesto Spinach Flatbread
Position flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a substantial microwave-risk-free bowl. Put into microwave on higher 45 seconds, then stir.
Fold in spinach and microwave an added 15 seconds. Stir until finally a smooth dough ball types.
Slash two parts of parchment paper to fit air fryer basket. Separate dough into two sections and press each out on ungreased parchment to generate 6” rounds.
Spread 1 tablespoon pesto above each individual flatbread and area into ungreased air fryer basket. Regulate the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 8 minutes, turning crusts midway by way of cooking. Flatbread will be golden when finished.
Let great 5 minutes just before slicing and serving.
1 cup blanched finely floor almond flour
2 ounces product cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped refreshing spinach leaves
2 tablespoons basil pesto
