You may want to offer a free gift card as an incentive, promotion, reward or as a store credit instead of a refund. Subscribe now for a quick guide on how to issue a free gift card.

When you manually issue a gift card, you generate a gift card code, and send it to a customer without receiving any payment in return. There is no checkout process or exchange of funds between you and the customer.
