These are the supplements that i’m taking

On the far left is Ganic -F, this supplement really works, gives you insane energy that just makes you feel amped and strong throughout the entire workout, I have never had a bad workout since I started taking Ganic – F, it’s the stuff good sessions are made of.

On top of the Ganic is just a multi-vitamin, essential stuff your body needs

Then we get to the Omega 3, gotta have those essential fatty acids otherwise your in trouble lol

Then We come to my Whey Protein, this protein is very good, 44g of protein per serving, really helps me recover so I hardly ever feel that sore and worn out the next day. A must have, you can’t beat a good Whey. I normally just mix a serving ( 2 heaped tablespoons ) with 250ml skim milk in the morning, then I shoot another serving for my post workout meal, normally try take it within 1 hour after my workout.
