It truly was like a late 1960’s get together at an American roadside cafe, young eager teenagers sporting the latest Muscle and Pony cars to hit the market, showing off some of the finest in American Automotive might on the long drag strips that were the US Highways.
On the left, the Shelby GT-350, a car made with the design flair of a Ford Mustang, but only the power that Carroll Shelby could conceive and put into reality. And on the right, the Chevrolet Camaro R.S, a machine of unquestionable raw power that has become a living, breathing icon of American automobiles.
Seeing these two side by side was like seeing two old playground enemies meet up for a pint in a pub, shake hands, forget their differences, and move on…
