Not to defend this idiot, but who are the idiots that insist on putting exits on the left???? I’m sure in most cases it’s to save a few measly bucks but they’re so dangerous. Got a few in my area where you enter a highway and have less than half a mile to cross 3 or 4 lanes to get to your exit on the left.
This is some cities skylines vehicle pathing levels of stupidity.

That I think is the 14th Street Bridge, and that looks like the exit to CrystalCity/Pentagon City which is on the left. There are usually cops all over that location…Surprised there wasn’t one here.

I see cars using that on ramp and then crossing to that exit – the truck driver may have picked the only way he was going to be able to do it (besides waiting until 2-4am). No one hit anyone, there’s that.
