Best Birthday Day Ever 1138

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY ADLEY!! I can’t believe it, my little girl is growing up so fast. We have to do our birthday morning routine of waking up the birthday kiddo with balloons in their bed (which is kinda hard to do with Adley because she is always the first one to wake up). And right off the bat Jenny and I have a surprise for her, a packed suite, cause were going on a family vacation for Adley’s birthday. We put the family in the purple Tesla and we are off!!

After a long drive and a nap by both Niko Bear and Adley, we arrive at our destination, Adley’s birthday mansion!! We rented this house for a few days so we could have the ultimate Adley birthday party. As soon as we walk to the door, we know something is diffrent because there is a big “Happy Birthday” sign. This house knows it’s Adley’s birthday?!! We head inside and we instantly see balloons and party streamers. Adley can’t help but jump around with excitment. We find a ton of new swimming toys and while we are touring this new house, Niko finds a present for Adley. We immediately open it and its a beautiful new jewelry box. I wonder if there are more presents. We explore the entire house, room to room, like we’re playing hide n seek with the presents. But it’s so much fun to find them and watch Adley open and unbox her gifts.

After finding everything inside the house, we realize that Adley got new toys and games for swimming, does this place have a pool? We go into the backyard to investigate. We first find a playground swing set and slide that we have to play on, then a hot tub which makes everyone super excited, and after a little more hunting, we finally find the pool. We intimately jump in and start having tons of family fun. Niko rides around in an inflatable pirate ship, Adley and I do tricks while Jenny and the baby have fun relaxing in the cool water. After playing and swimming, we head over to the hot tub where we realize that not only if Adley five, but so are you vlog. Crazy!!

After getting cleaned up, Adley organizes some of her toys while Niko and Jenny start playing ping pong. I help the little bear out, till the birthday girl decided to play. I’m being 100% serious, I didn’t know that Adley was good at ping pong. She had some amazing hits and actually surprised Jenny a few times. We play this as a family for a while before heading out to the playground for some fun and to play with Adley’s new camera she got as a present. She takes some cute pictures of Jenny and the new baby and me riding on the slide.

We end the day with birthday cake, singing, and Adley doing an amazing trick shot jump only a five year old could do it!

Best Vacation Day Ever 1029

Guess whos flying on an airplane today?!! Adley, Niko Bear, Jenny and my mom are all flying out to california to join me at Vidsummit! They go through their whole travel routine flawlessly, the kiddos have fun watching Disney’s Aladdin and having snacks, and when we finally met up as a family it so good to see them!

I need to host some giveaways on stage and decided to bring the family up! Cause, real talk, I love doing videos and making businesses and being professional fun haver, but none of it would be worth it without my family!! So, we start playing games to give out prizes and Adley helps me out. She give out the prizes, makes announcements and helps entertain the crowd. It’s a blast!! As soon as that’s over, we need to gather up all our stuff because we’re going on a surprise vacation!!

We walk into Great Wolf Lodge and instantly the whole family knows we’re going to have fun! Adley is seeing awesome things all over the place. I giant spider decorations for Halloween, a bear character that she gets to meet and get her picture taken with, and wolf ears for her and baby brother!! But the most exciting surprise is our room!! There is a bunk bed in this awesome bear themed cave that Adley and Niko get to sleep in. She is so excited. I’m so excited. We’re all soooo excited!

Best Bug Day Ever 1195

Today we start off with a sneaky, quiet mission down to the indoor swimming pool. if you remember, we are up at a beautiful vacation house for spring break. Well, Adley and Niko Bear woke up really early this morning to play on the slide and swing when Adley had the great idea to go to the pool. So we have to sneak through the house so we don’t wake up anyone.

When we get to the pool, it is absolutly amazing. The water feels great, the sun is shining, and the kiddos are have tons of fun. Niko Bear does some cannonballs, Adley dives in the deepend for toys and rings, and before we know it, Jenny is here with a surprise. Breakfast in the swimming pool!! thats a first for all of us.

Once everyone is awake and enjoying our vacations, Jenny and Adley help baby Navey to swing on the indoor park for the first time. She really enjoys it. While they are playing, Adley comes up with a plan to have a nerf battle with dad and the boys. It’s a classic girls vs boys, only we don’t know it. She gets Jenny, Niko Bear, Allie, and Chelsea to help her out, getting the nerf blasters all ready and to sneak in behind us. They totally surprise us!! Soon nerf shots are flying through out the house as the battle goes from the kitchen to the front yard, from downstairs to out back. Adley and Niko Bear corner me outside the pool and they finally get me to surrender. Sheesh!!

While dinner is being prepared, Niko Bear wants to go bug hunting with dad and Colby. As soon as we step outside, Niko sees two bugs. He’s a little stand off-ish at first, but with dads help he sees that they are friendly bugs and we start putting them in the jar. We run around the front yard, looking all over for bugs, catching as many as we can. Niko Bear has so much fun. I love it, it reminds me of bug catching with Adley and the time in Hawaii we found her a pet snail!!

We end the night with some A for Adley video editing with Adley herself, then the growns play some new games after the kiddos bedtime routine!

Best Niko Birthday Day Ever 1208

It’s Niko’s birthday and you know what that means, its an early morning party routine. Adley and Jenny start the vlog off, showing us all the balloons and presents that we need to get ready for Niko Bear. But first they need to wake me up. They go into Adley’s room, you know the one with the club house and the indoor slide. Why am i sleeping in there, cause Adley woke me up in the middle of the night cause she needed a cuddle buddy. Once we are all awake, Jenny starts hanging up decorations while Adley, Baby Navey, and I get the balloons ready. We have a tradition in our family that on any of the kiddo’s birthdays we wake them up by throwing balloons on them. It started with Adley, Niko Bear loves it, and we can’t wait for the very first time we do it to baby Navey!!

With everything set up, we head up to Niko’s bed room to wake up the birthday boy. We get him out of his crib and the first thing he wants to do is look for his presents, basically a quick game of hide n seek. While he’s looking around, he gets so excited seeing all the decoration that are hanging around the house and the dinosaur table cloth we have. After he finds his presents and is super excited, we decide to eat breakfast. But per the birthday boys request, we are having cereal AND pancakes this morning!! Niko Bear helps Jenny make dinosaur pancake art the i may or may not have snuck some cereal into.

After we have all head a great breakfast, Niko convinced us to open up some of his presents. He unwraps some new games, a dinosaur digging tool, and a Paw Patrol water blaster! He gets super excited for that so we fill it up with water so Niko Bear could try out his brand new toy. We didn’t plan too far ahead cause as soon as it was on and full of water, Niko Bear let the water fly…in the kitchen lol. so we head outside, where we hear our friend Colby. So we sneak up on him and Niko Bear sprays him with his new toy. Surprise!! Since we’re playing in the water we decide to go all out and set up the slip n slide in the backyard and i little pool for miss Navey!!

Adley is sliding and having fun, Niko Bear is spraying everyone with the hose, and Navey is being a little water baby!! Eventually the whole family ends up in the hot tub, where Adley and Niko Bear show off some of their new tricks.

After fun in the pool, grandmas and grandpas come over for a little party opening presents. Niko Bear gets some new dinosaur toys and games to play with. But not everything is dinosaur, he get a brand new pirate ship and wagon to pull all his sand and beach toys in. It’s now time for cake, and Jenny had an amazing idea. She got Niko Bear a lava volcano cake that actually smokes and bubbles!! Niko Loves it!

But we have one more big surprise for Niko Bear and Adley. We jump into the monster truck and drive to pirate island. Once there, we follow the kiddos as they start exploring and it doesn’t take them long to see that we now have dinosaurs and eggs at the lake lot. They say hi to the triceratops and Bumpy, see a nice raptor with his sharp teeth, and give kisses to the little compys. But that’s not all, we also have a volcano at pirate island complete with a lava button for when we pretend play the floor is lava!! So much fun, both Niko and Adley are completely blown away!! We are now going to call this part of the lot Lava land and the kiddos can play here anytime they want.
